I am a day late getting to this post (as per usual for me), but Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays - whatever it is you celebrate, it is surely a wonderful time of year. Even this year! Chai Tea Sugar Cookies w/ Egg Nog Icing
Anyone who knows me now or knew me at one point (and I do mean, ANYONE) knows that I love Taylor Swift and her music. If Taylor has taught me anything, one of the best things would have to be this recipe for Chai Tea Sugar Cookies. The Chai Tea in the mix was Taylor's signature touch on a classic recipe for sugar cookies. With the Egg Nog icing to top it all off, this is one of the most well-rounded cookie recipes I have found (can you tell I may be a *little* biased?). Plus, it is a PERFECT recipe to celebrate the upcoming holiday! The recipe is below - don't forget to post pictures of your attempt at making these and tag @LeeWolseyPhotos on Instagram so I can drool over your creation. Greetings!
Hello there! My name is Emilee Wolsey, I am 24 years old, and I am the owner and founder of Emilee Wolsey Photos (I mean obviously, it has my name in the title). I am a Greeley, CO native and I have lived there all my life. I graduated from Greeley Central High School in 2014, and am currently attending Aims Community College studying Graphic Design. I have been doing freelance photography for about 6 years now. I first pick up a camera in 2012 for a photography class, and I fell in love! That's when I started asking (begging is a better word) my friends and family to let me practice taking photos for them for free. Every now and then, I would take this really awesome photo; they were pretty far and few between, but I would see that photo, and I would get this rush of adrenaline and pure joy. That is how I knew that I was hooked. Since 2012, I have done quite a lot of work on my photography and graphic design skills. Here, you will see a blog post for only a chunk of the shoots that I have done since my website was built, but you will continue to see shoots from now, on. You may also see blog posts following my journey with learning graphic design, and I am also dabbling in …
Photo Shoot with Roman
This guy, right here. I have been friends with Roman since I was in kindergarten, 2000 I believe. We have managed to attend elementary school, middle school, and high school together. I had the absolute honor and privilege to be responsible for his senior photos, and I love how they came out. We went to Loveland for this shoot, and it was right at the very beginning of fall, so everything was still really green, but there was plenty of colorful leaves to compensate. I hope you love this shoot as much as I do. To view more photos from this shoot, click here. …
